Processing times may vary depending on order volume, product availability, payment verification requirements, and other factors. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or federal holidays observed in the United States.

4. Pricing and Sales Tax

Pricing

All prices displayed on the Site are listed in United States Dollars (USD) and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Product prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice. The price charged for a product will be the price displayed on the Site at the time your order is placed, subject to the terms of this Section.

Despite our best efforts, a small number of items on the Site may be mispriced due to typographical errors, technical issues, errors in pricing information received from our suppliers, or other causes. If a product's correct price is higher than the stated price on the Site, we may, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. We reserve the right to cancel any orders containing pricing errors or inaccuracies, even after order confirmation and payment processing.

Mixvora does not store complete credit card information on our servers. Payment Disputes and Chargebacks

If you have a concern about a charge on your account, please contact us at content@mixvora.shop before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your financial institution. Initiating an unwarranted chargeback or payment dispute may result in suspension or termination of your account and your ability to place future orders. In the event of a chargeback or payment dispute, we reserve the right to provide evidence of delivery, proof of purchase, and other relevant information to your financial institution or payment processor.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Processing and Delivery Time

Orders placed through Mixvora are generally processed within 1 to 2 business days after successful payment verification and order acceptance. Estimated delivery times within the United States are typically 3 to 5 business days after shipment.

Delivery time estimates are approximate and are calculated from the date of shipment, not the date of order placement. Actual delivery times may vary depending on your shipping address, shipping carrier operations, weather conditions, transportation disruptions, carrier delays, holidays, order volume, and other circumstances beyond the direct control of Mixvora. Delivery estimates do not include order processing time.

Shipping Costs

Shipping within the United States is FREE. There are no shipping charges for orders delivered to addresses within the United States. International shipping is not currently available.

Shipping Address

You are responsible for providing a complete, accurate, and deliverable shipping address. Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before submitting your order. Mixvora is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable addresses provided by the customer, or for delays, non-delivery, or additional charges resulting from address errors.

We cannot redirect or reroute shipments once they have been dispatched. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or failure to claim the package, you may be responsible for reshipping costs if you wish to have the order resent.

Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information (if available from the carrier). You can use this information to monitor the status and location of your shipment. Please allow up to 24 hours after shipment for tracking information to become active in the carrier's system.

Risk of Loss

Title and risk of loss for products purchased from Mixvora pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier. Once a product has been delivered to the address you provided, you assume all risk of loss or damage.

7. Returns and Refunds

Return Window

Please note: there is no statutory "cooling-off period" or automatic right of withdrawal for online purchases under U.S. federal law. Our 30-day return policy is a voluntary merchant policy provided by Mixvora for your convenience and satisfaction.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date, subject to the terms, conditions, and exclusions set forth in our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition with all original tags, labels, packaging, and accessories intact. Certain products may be excluded from return eligibility for hygiene, safety, or other reasons as specified in our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original payment method within a reasonable timeframe as specified in our Returns & Refunds Policy. Please note that depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to be reflected in your account.

Limited License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Mixvora grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to access and use the Site and Content solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not include any right to: (i) resale or commercial use of the Site or Content; (ii) collection and use of any product listings, descriptions, or prices; (iii) derivative use of the Site or Content; (iv) downloading or copying of account information for the benefit of another merchant; or (v) use of data mining, robots, spiders, automated tools, or similar data gathering and extraction tools
